Service Description
SushiLingo is a language learning app for Japanese speakers learning English and English speakers learning Japanese. Access is provided through our website and includes interactive learning games and study tools.
Communications
By creating an account, you agree we may contact you at the email address you provide for account, billing, and service-related notices. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
- Subscription-based access in USD or JPY.
- We may offer a free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription begins unless canceled.
- You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
- No refunds are provided, including for partial periods.
- By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- We may change prices or plans with notice; changes apply to future billing periods as allowed by law.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to operate and improve the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its content, and branding are owned by SushiLingo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use while your account is in good standing.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Do not misuse AI features or attempt to bypass limits.
- Do not abuse or excessively consume AI/ChatGPT usage or tokens, or attempt to avoid limits or quotas.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- Your account may be suspended or terminated for malicious or abusive behavior.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe, OpenAI, and Google. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SushiLingo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice and the updated Terms will apply going forward.
Disputes
Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

アカウント
- アカウントの安全管理はあなたの責任です。
- 悪意ある行為や迷惑行為がある場合、アカウントは停止または終了されることがあります。
- 本規約違反またはサービス保護のため、当社はアカウントを停止・終了する場合があります。
第三者サービス
本サービスは、Stripe、OpenAI、Googleなどの第三者サービスと連携する場合があります。 これらのサービスの利用には、それぞれの規約が適用される場合があります。
免責事項
本サービスは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、いかなる保証もありません。 中断やエラーのない運用を保証しません。

準拠法

紛争
